Suchana Das was called to the bar in 2019 and obtained her J.D. from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While in law school, she gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience through internships at the District Attorney’s Office and the 19th Judicial District Court.
Before law school, Suchana earned her B.Sc. (Honours) in Biology, with minors in Psychology, from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She articled at the firm before joining as an Associate and is also admitted to the New York State Bar.
Suchana’s practice is devoted to family and estate litigation, where she regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in the Greater Toronto Area. She has successfully represented clients in complex parenting, property division, support, and estate disputes, and is known for finding creative, cost-effective solutions both inside and outside the courtroom. Clients value her straightforward communication, strategic thinking, and compassionate approach during what are often some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Outside of work, Suchana enjoys archery, salsa dancing, exploring Toronto’s culinary scene, and visiting wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
